Only these aren't the factors of any employee's pressure, at times employees face problems due to some company's policies and many employees don't speak about the problems they face due to these policies which led to the downfall of the productivity of the employee.

Japan's employee engagement and feedback software market is estimated to grow at a CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) rate of 9.1% from 2022 to 2027. 

 

The growth of engagement and feedback software will rise because as time is passing, more corporate companies are coming into existence in this already overcrowded sector which will compel the organizations to build more pressure on the employees and workers to be more productive to stand in competition hard. This brings the importance of employee engagement and feedback software to the corporate sector and organizations.
